Chiefland Vacated Wal-Mart
This shopping center was a defunct Wal-Mart located in a small rural town in Florida. The needed renovations were minimal with a tenant separation wall being the most expensive. By placing Tractor Supply Company in half the building the NOI generated a value of nearly twice the purchase price. Today the center is active with customers and tenancy.
