Christopher Haridopolos began his construction and development career in New York City with Turner Construction Company, one of the world’s largest general contractors. His positions at Turner in New York and Florida included on-site field construction oversight of office buildings, residential towers, retail developments, and sports stadiums.
Mr. Haridopolos’ office-based positions at Turner included Cost Engineer for Turner’s Middle East and European projects, Purchasing Agent for at-risk commercial, residential and healthcare projects, and as Operations Manager of Turner’s Consulting Division.
In 2003 he founded the construction and development consulting company, Fulcrum Management Corp. With emphasis on its Owner’s Representation Services, the company has served clients throughout the US, including The Related Group, Rockefeller Development Corp, Peebles Corporation, UBS Real Estate, and iStar Financial.
Fulcrum’s PreConstruction and Construction consulting projects in Florida include The VUE at Lake Eola, Lake Mary Corporate Park, 500 N. Orange Ave Residential Complex, Mills Park Mixed Use, Canyon Ranch Hotel, Bath Club Estates, Tallahassee ICE LEED Silver Offices, South of 5th, and Trump Hollywood.
