Jonathan A. Moore
Mr. Moore is an Orlando, Florida native and a graduate of Lake Brantley High School. He attended Florida State University earning dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
He began his real estate career investing in office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties as a representative for General American, an insurance company with over 6.8 billion in assets, at their branch office in Orlando.
In 1993 he founded his own real estate company, Acquisition Consultants, Inc., serving investors and companies with their commercial real estate requirements. Expanding the scope of his services in 1998, Mr. Moore launched AC Properties, LLC, a real estate development company. The investment company has developed retail properties and invested in a variety of “value add” income producing assets. Through these two companies, Mr. Moore currently offers leasing, property management, brokerage, development services, and investments to his clients.
Over the years, Mr. Moore’s international experience grew to include China, Japan, Czech Republic and Belgium.
He has served as an elder and deacon at his church and has mentored high schoolers in the impoverished Holden Heights neighborhood. He has served on several boards, including the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Area Action Council and Leadership Council for the National Federation of Independent Businesses, chaired the state wide ICSC effort to stop Amendment 4, and Seminole County’s Joint City County Advisory Committee.
Currently Mr. Moore sits on the Coalition for Property Right’s Board as its Vice-Chair. He also serves on the Florida NFIB PAC Committee and on the Florida Leadership Council.
Additional firm memberships include the, International Council of Shopping Centers, Coalition for Property Rights, Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
Jonathan is married with 4 children and resides in Winter Park, Florida
