Investment Manager – Broker Associate
James "Nat" Rassi relocated from central Illinois to Florida in 2016. He is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University; has an MBA degree from Taylor University; is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has been a CCIM designee since 2013.
In 2004, after more than a dozen years managing medical, institutional, commercial, and hospitality construction projects, Nat turned his attention to real estate development, focusing on the off-campus student housing sector, developing infill projects in Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, and Arizona. Since taking residency in Florida, Nat's focus has been on commercial and multifamily investment and brokerage in northeast Florida and along the I-4 Corridor.
A common thread throughout his career has been his involvement in the medical arena, both as a project consultant for several medical-office and hospital expansion projects, and as a Governing Board member at Kirby Medical Center in Monticello, Illinois.
Nat has also served as an Elder at Crossroads Church in Monticello, Illinois; a member of the Taylor University MBA Alumni Board; and chairperson of the Monticello Main Street Business Development Committee.
Nat has two grown sons, and resides with his wife of over three decades near historic downtown Winter Garden in west Orlando.
